I have received a defective/damaged product of low quality. How can I return/exchange it?

If an item is damaged or faulty on delivery, please contact customer support. We comply with the Consumer Sales Act, which gives you a right of complaint of three years. Defects should be reported as soon as possible or when they should reasonably have been discovered, which is why we give our customers a 2-month warranty. When making a complaint, you contact us with your order number and explain why you are not satisfied with the product you bought, and also send photos of the HappyFlops while wearing them. For a product to be claimed, the fault must be original, which means that the fault must have existed when you received the product.
