  1. Contact us about your inquiry and specify the reason for refund and the customer support will help you with your case.

  2. If the customer support has confirmed that you are eligible for a refund you should receive a separate confirmation email. If you can't find it, please check your spam folder.

  3. It may take 2-5 business days for the money to be refunded to your account.
