If you want to make a return: Take photos or videos of the shoes while wearing them. Send these to customer support along with the order number, and specify reason for the return. You can make a free return within 30 days from the delivery of your package. If it has been 30 days since you received your product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
